Description
Approver response time on the actuation queue has crept upward over the last few weeks; some requests now age past the acknowledgement SLA before the approver countersigns. No infrastructure fault our side. Query whether the approver role has cover arranged.

Agreed, nothing our end. Parking on the client. Someone should check the Colonel's alright, actually — he's normally same-day, never known him this slow. Chased Liaison.

See TracTickets

Checked our side — DNS is clean, mail routes to the mailbox fine. It's slow on their end, not ours.
