Description
Fourteen columns reported their ICNIRP 'thermal-only' compliance flag stuck at AMBER rather than GREEN in the CMS — a stale self-assessment attribute, not an actual excursion — but AMBER blocked the automated compliance return, which must read GREEN.

Vendor patched the attribute refresh; all 14 flags back to GREEN, compliance return clean. Closing.

Attribute-plumbing fault, not an exposure event. (Any genuine biological-effect finding is logged 'anomalous' and referred to Legal, not fixed here.) Chasing the CMS vendor for a patch.
