Description

The chiller serving Building 8 cell 3 short-cycled during long-dwell trials, letting cell temperature rise past the instrumentation's rated window. Cell 3 is the best-instrumented cell, so trials keep being booked into it.

It's an undersized unit for the heat load in there. Whatever they're running, it puts out a lot.

Uprated the chiller as part of the SICORE II test-bed works (DEVCON-1320). Holds temperature through the long profile now. Closing.
