Description

The inter-site shuttle minibus wouldn't start for the 07:15 run, stranding the Chelmsford-to-Shoeburyness commuters and delaying compound arrivals. Several colleagues missed a gatehouse slot.

Flat battery then wouldn't turn over. Taxis authorised for today (keep receipts — those ARE claimable, unlike the shuttle).

New battery and alternator, back on the 07:15/16:45. Please tell Barry we're no longer 'a security concern loitering at the barrier'. Closing.
