Field engineer reports an intermittent 868MHz harmonic near Jesmond Dene, correlating loosely with dawn, with no corroborating CMS spectral trace. Possibly a transient external emitter.

Left a capture out for a fortnight and caught it: a faulty domestic powerline adaptor in a nearby flat, keying up at dawn on a timer. Reported to the resident, interference gone. Closing.
