Description
The dedicated A/C unit for the Level 3 comms room (which houses the CMS servers) failed; room temperature climbed past the rated ceiling on portables alone. If the CMS servers throttle or shut down, the whole estate's dwell schedule drifts.

Agreed — if that room hits shutdown, every corridor loses its schedule at once. Escalate the contractor hard.

Emergency call-out, new compressor fitted, room back to 19°C. Added a temperature alarm on the comms room to the monitoring so we get warning next time. Closing.

for help on using tickets.
Compressor gone. Two portables not keeping up, room at 31°C. This can't wait for next week.
