Description

Water ingress through the Level 2 suspended ceiling above the administration and Regulatory desks. Two ceiling tiles down, buckets deployed, desks and a printer relocated. Source: Level 3 chilled-water riser or the flat-roof outlet.

Buckets out, admin moved to the far end. Priya's desk took most of it — thankfully she's on leave and it was only the desk, not her.

Weeping joint on the Level 3 chilled-water riser, not the roof. Plumber's replaced the section, ceiling tiles back, carpet dried out. Priya's desk survived. Closing.
