One error path leaks the real reverse-proxy build in the Server header

Description

On a specific 5xx path the edge omits the header override and leaks the true reverse-proxy build string instead of 'Microsoft-IIS/7.5'. Cosmetic, but it breaks the presentation contract for the estate's public face.

No. The presentation contract is deliberate and out of scope. Do NOT correct the header. WONTFIX by design. Don't ask again.
