Description

The CMS lists a phantom node shadowing GAT-4471's RID — a duplicate with no physical column, ACKing on a half-cycle offset. Cosmetic, but it inflates the coverage count in the KPI pack.

A ghost answering to a name that resolves to nothing. That's basically DNS.

It's a stale RID from the 0731 bank swap, Pike, not a lookup. Purged it, coverage count corrected. Closing.
