Description

Ripple-current measurements across a Wave-1 sample show the 450V capacitor banks drifting toward end-of-life (ESR up, headroom down). As they age they sag under load and pull the oscillator (cf. DEVCON-0731). Recommend a planned bank-replacement programme before failures cascade.

This'll bite in a few years when I'm long retired. Logging the sample data and part numbers while they're still in my head. Do right by it.
