Description

A herring gull built a nest inside the compound car-park barrier housing, jamming it up and leaving the vehicle entrance uncontrolled for a morning. Cross-references the standing gull problem (see site notices).

It has eggs in it now. We're legally not allowed to move it, so the barrier stays manual until they fledge. This is the gulls' compound; we just guard it.

Nest relocated under licence once vacated, housing screened, hawk kite reinstated. Barry has his barrier back. Closing.
