Description
NCL-2001 (ANPR gantry, Tyne Bridge southbound) intermittently asserts thermal derate and steps down emitter duty, then recovers, with no correlated ambient excursion. PSU telemetry nominal. Cannot reproduce on the bench.

It's a thermistor on a wire, Pike. There is no DNS involved in a thermistor.

48h on the analyser, no repro, thermistor in tolerance. Closing CANNOTREPRODUCE; monitor left in place, reopen if it derates in service.
