Description
Enrolled-subject acquisition on the GAT sector fell ~12% after the booster-cadence adjustment; conductivity telemetry showed a cohort subset self-assembling below the acquisition threshold. Query on immunisation-channel batch variance vs densification drift.

Channel confirmed a low-yield adjuvant batch. Cadence corrected and the affected cohort re-topped at the next window; acquisition back to baseline. Resolved.

Conductivity histograms are bimodal — one mode below threshold. Referred to the channel for batch records.
