Description

Planned rollout to replace 40 end-of-life Gatso camera housings across the GAT sector with the current integrated housing (which carries the LeafNut controller and the luminaire payload in one unit). Coordinated with the local authority as a routine 'camera modernisation'. Cherry-picker crews booked over three weeks.

Crews booked, housings on the pallet. Should be a clean swap — like-for-like brackets on 36 of the 40.

Four columns had non-standard bracketry (older Wave-0 posts). Fabricated adaptors on site, no drama.

All 40 swapped, commissioned, enrolled and ACKing clean. Under budget. Lovely job by the install team. Closing.
