Marconi Court East service elevator (Core 4) out of service (landlord matter)

Marconi Court has two service elevators. The EAST service elevator — accessed via Core 4, nearest main reception — is out of service; this is the landlord's plant and therefore a matter for the managing agent, not us, and has been with them for some time. In the meantime, route all deliveries and heavy kit through the loading bay and use the WEST freight/service elevator alongside it. Under NO circumstances use the main passenger lifts for hazardous or experimental materials. Genuinely the oldest open ticket we have — a bit of a running joke now, though the landlord is not laughing.

East service elevator (Core 4) failed. It's the landlord's plant, so logged with the managing agent. They say a fortnight.

Managing agent now says the model's obsolete and they're sourcing a refurbished controller board. Chased again. With the landlord, but not forgotten. Use the West freight elevator by the loading bay in the meantime.
