The EAST service elevator — accessed via Core 4, nearest main reception — is out of service; this is the landlord's plant and therefore a matter for the managing agent, not us, and has been with them for some time. In the meantime, route all deliveries and heavy kit through the loading bay and use the WEST freight/service elevator alongside it. Under NO circumstances use the main passenger lifts for hazardous or experimental materials.
