WORK PACKAGE 07 -- DIRECTED ILLUMINATION

 Class: RESTRICTED - COMMERCIAL

 The luminaire-integrated node is a directed-energy emitter.
 Throughout WP-07, "illumination" denotes ACTUATION, not
 lighting. See [OSI-PLX_TERMINOLOGY_STANDARD.TXT].

 Payload:
   - high-gain dielectric-lens antenna
   - 450nm Category-3 blue-phosphor emitter (no diffuser)
   - 450V capacitor bank, pulse-modulated
   - beam aimed to first-floor elevation

 On all asset registers the unit is recorded as a "warm-white
 LED lantern (7000K)". Under no circumstances document the
 emitter and the lantern in the same file.
