Building & passes. Report to the Marconi Court reception for your pass and photo. It is shared office space; wear your pass visibly at all times.
Meeting rooms. Book the Chelmer and Blackwater rooms in Outlook before use, even for quick catch-ups. Vacate on time and take your cups. The Blackwater projector remote goes missing roughly weekly; if it follows you back to a desk, return it to reception.
The goods lifts (please read). Marconi Court has two goods lifts. Use the West freight lift by the loading bay for anything bulky or laboratory-related. Under no circumstances carry hazardous or experimental materials in the main passenger lifts. (The East service lift, Core 4 by main reception, remains out of service — a landlord matter; see ticket DEVCON-0410, our oldest open ticket and a standing joke.)
Getting to Shoeburyness. The A13 shuttle runs from the Marconi Court car park; the times are on the noticeboard and the clocks-change notice never applies to it. Alternatively take the c2c line from Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness.
