Description
Re-raising DEVCON-1990 five years on. This ancient development console is, improbably, still running in degraded mode and still showing the old estate. It's a museum piece from the growth-era platform; the company long since moved on. Should really be switched off — but it's out of anyone's current scope and no one's quite sure what it's still talking to.

Directory's been dead since 2015 (DEVCON-1042); it's on cached entitlements. Charming little time capsule, honestly. Nobody's owned it in a decade. Left OPEN — someone braver than me can pull the plug.
