Legacy estate not on the corporate Microsoft site licence; AD subscription expires June 2016

Migration housekeeping has flagged that this legacy DEVCON v1 estate sits OUTSIDE the corporate Microsoft Enterprise Agreement — it was stood up on a standalone site licence, and the Active Directory subscription against DEVCON-DC01 lapses in June 2016. Once it lapses the directory stops authenticating on this estate and the console falls to cached entitlements. Raised as a security impact: an energised field estate should not be running on an unsupported, unlicensed directory, even one everybody's moving off.

Before anyone says it: this is NOT DNS, for once. The corporate site licence genuinely doesn't cover this old estate, and the AD subscription runs out in June. If it lapses, the directory stops authenticating and we're on cached entitlements across a live field estate. Flagging it properly while someone still cares.

Sorted. Rather than untangle whether this box belongs on the new EA now v2's taken over, I've just renewed the standalone Microsoft AD subscription outright — ten years, paid through to June 2026. Far cheaper than a migration nobody will fund, and it keeps the directory supported. Buys us a decade to decide what to actually do with the estate.
