Description
A body-area endpoint, BA-11C7-4F, whose enrolment record was closed and deprovisioned on 14 Feb, is still completing the scheduled mesh handshake and ACKing clean three weeks later. Nothing is actioned against it — the record is closed, so the channels don't schedule — but a deprovisioned endpoint is meant to stop checking in, and this one simply won't. It keeps politely announcing itself to a grid that no longer has a row for it. Cosmetic, but it inflates the live-endpoint count in the SOMA coverage tile.

Not DNS, before anyone asks — it resolves the grid fine, that's rather the point. It knows exactly who to say hello to. It just shouldn't still be saying it.

BA-11C7-4F still handshaking on schedule against a record closed a decade ago. Untouched on an unowned box. Left on hold.
Deprovisioned three weeks ago and it's STILL handshaking on cadence. Record's closed, nothing's scheduled against it, but it won't drop off the mesh. Like someone still turning up to a job they've left.
