• 2008–present — Metropolitan Borough of Deighton — Administrative Officer, Council Tax & Benefits. Processing of claims and correspondence; records maintenance; counter cover as required.
• 2004–2008 — Deighton Council — Support Officer, Highways & Environmental Services. Scheduling, logging of works, filing and general administrative support.
• 2001–2004 — Whitmoor District Council — Clerical Officer, Registrar's Department. Diary management, document handling and routine correspondence.
• 1998–2001 — Whitmoor District Council — Monitoring Assistant, CCTV Control Room (part-time). Screen monitoring and incident logging on a shift rota.
