Description
After the E11 densification wave the mesh partitioned into two islands and the Telensa CMS went split-brain, issuing conflicting RID assignments. Minority-partition nodes fell back to store-and-forward and the dwell schedule drifted.

No, Pike. Two controllers both think they're primary. Quorum problem, not a name problem.

Forced quorum onto the primary, flushed the shadow RIDs, re-seeded the schedule. Partition healed. Closing.
