Description

The Actuation web-service test harness renders an animated assistant on load ('It looks like you're trying to actuate a subject…'). Requesting removal: it occasionally overlaps the OSI-PLX confirmation control, risking a mis-click.

It literally covers the confirm box. Someone will confirm an actuation trying to swat the paperclip away. Safety issue dressed as cosmetic.

It's a contracted deliverable of the original UI package (SoW annex C). Removal needs client change control. Out of scope.
