Hello all. Is anyone able to tell me who actually signs the northern travel
allowance form now?
This is the third month Kev's and mine have come back from Chelmsford with a
yellow sticky saying "needs countersigning". The form has one signature box.
We fill it in. We sign it. It comes back. There is no second box to
countersign in.
I have attached nothing because I can't attach, but the forms are in the
Gateshead folder on the share, with the stickies scanned in for evidence.

has one box and cannot be countersigned, which is why it keeps coming back.
The new version is on the intranet under Finance, Forms, Travel, Northern,
Revised. Please use that one. Receipts stapled, not paper-clipped.

We can't get on the intranet from 3.14, we're on the Council's guest network.
That's why we keep using the old form. It's the one we printed in January.
Could someone post us a new one? Actually post it. With a stamp.
