Why can't I log in?
Accounts are issued by the Programme Office, not by the board. If your password has expired, raise a desktop ticket; the forum cannot reset it for you.

Why do I need to register at all?
You don't. Registration is disabled. Accounts for staff and approved suppliers are created centrally.

Why do I get logged off automatically?
Sessions are kept in a cookie. If your browser clears cookies on exit, you will need to log in again each visit. The "Log me on automatically" option is switched off on this board.

Why can't I post or reply?
The board is read-only. All forums were locked when the board was placed under a retention hold. Existing topics may be read but not edited or replied to.

Why can't I search?
The search index is rebuilt overnight. If search reports that it is unavailable, try again later.

Why was a post removed?
Posts that breach the forum rules (see Announcements & Admin) are removed by the moderators. The rest of the topic is left in place.

Who do I contact about the board?
The Programme Office, Chelmsford. Please use the forum queries extension given in the administrator's signature rather than private messages, which are disabled.
