Good morning,

Please find below a summary of non-conformance NCR-TC-0719, raised against the April test series.

During runs 14 to 22, the human-factors scores recorded for operators positioned near emitter configuration 3B fell outside the expected band. The deviation is anomalous but repeatable: it recurs on each run with configuration 3B, and does not occur with configurations 3A or 3C. The operators concerned reported nothing unusual and passed the post-run questionnaire.

We have checked the scoring software, the questionnaire version and the rota. We have not identified a cause.

As the human-factors readings are outside the scope of the test specification, TracComm proposes that runs 14 to 22 be declared invalid and repeated in the next available window. We would be grateful for your agreement so that we can close the NCR.

Could you please advise which form is appropriate for a request for raw returns? Our quality procedure provides for TC-F12 (Test Invalidation) and TC-F14 (Data Release to Customer), but a raw return on an open NCR does not appear to fit either, and I would not like to use the wrong one.
