After last winter's complaints, the Building 8 heater was serviced in
October. It now has two settings: off, and 29 degrees.
The engineer is booked for Friday. Until then please don't prop the
airlock doors open to cool it down, it sets off the door alarm at the
gatehouse, and the gatehouse rings me.

It's lovely. It's the first time in three years I've been able to feel
my fingers on the bench. Can we keep it like this until March?
Bob has taken his jumper off. We're all a bit concerned.

No. The chamber kit isn't rated for it and Bob's jumper is his own
business.
