PROJECT WARDENCLYFFE -- OPERATING PRINCIPLE (SCALAR WAVE)

 Class: RESTRICTED

 The transmitter radiates a LONGITUDINAL electromagnetic mode
 -- oscillation along the axis of travel, not across it. It is
 not a Hertzian wave and standard field meters do not see it.
 Maxwell's original quaternion equations carried the term; the
 vector-calculus rewrite the textbooks inherited dropped it,
 and the mode with it. It has been "undetectable" ever since
 only because no one kept the instrument that could detect it.

 PROPERTIES (as measured on the demonstrator):
   - no inverse-square falloff; power delivered at range
   - couples to the earth as one plate of a global resonator
   - passes conventional shielding; a Faraday cage is no cage
   - carries power AND address on the same channel

 That last property is why this matters beyond the tower. The
 estate grid and the enrolment channel are, in hindsight, crude
 scalar devices. The tower is the same physics, done on purpose.
