PROJECT WARDENCLYFFE -- FUNDING PROPOSAL  (R&D)

 OBJECTIVE
 To reverse-engineer and re-create Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe
 Tower -- the wireless world-power transmitter suppressed and
 demolished in 1917. The team believe they have it.

 THE TEAM
 Led by Dr. Le Bon (principal investigator), with Dr. Rhodes
 and Drs. Taylor, Taylor and Taylor (no relation). First names
 are not recorded, by request. Five scientists; one tower.

 THE PRINCIPLE
 The rebuilt tower does not radiate conventional (transverse,
 Hertzian) waves. It emits a longitudinal mode that James Clerk
 Maxwell set down in his original equations, before the terms
 were struck out by his editors: the SCALAR WAVE. It ignores
 the inverse-square law. This is why Tesla could light lamps at
 distance -- and why he could never get it funded. See

 THE BUSINESS CASE  (this is the important part)
 We do not propose to BUILD the tower. We propose to be PAID
 NOT TO.
   - Free, un-metered wireless energy cannot be permitted to
     exist by the petroleum and gas majors. It is an extinction
     event for their entire industry.
   - A credible working demonstrator -- enough that the threat
     is real -- turns that fear into an annuity. The majors pay
     us, in perpetuity, NOT to build it and NOT to reveal how
     it works.
   - Cost to us: one demonstrator, one NDA.
   - Revenue to us: a suppression retainer, indefinitely.
 This earns more by staying UNBUILT than the estate earns by
 running. We are not selling energy. We are selling silence.

 Seed funding for the demonstrator and the first approach to
