 What we can say about CYM as an operation, after years of it:

 SCALE
   One of the largest Western suppliers of natural-origin
   product. Not a boutique -- a serious, national-scale
   American company with a serious American company's habits.

 CUSTOMERS
   Graded product to pharmaceutical and to government accounts,
   under dull framework agreements that would embarrass no one.
   Most volume moves internally, through the Maison retail
   front; the outside B2B book is real and respectable.

 MANAGEMENT
   Well funded. Competently run. Promotes on merit, pays well,
   loses few people. No scandal, no leak, no disgruntled
   memoir. It is the opposite of the estate we run: it works.

 WHY WE CANNOT SEE IN
   Not a trick and not a gimmick. CYM is simply a disciplined
   organisation that values secrecy above every other virtue
   and can well afford to. There is no lock to pick because
   there is no carelessness to exploit. You cannot catch a
   company that never makes the mistake.
