 The subject keeps an open professional profile: former
 government service, a security-software post, and a steady
 output of homespun advice on spotting scams and online
 deception. Tagline: "I will find you." He posts about how to
 tell when you are being watched, and how to know when a story
 has been planted.

 We have read all of it, twice. Once a line seemed meant for
 us -- a note on "counter-surveillance for the little guy,"
 posted the same week we refreshed the file. Probably nothing.
 He would say we are seeing patterns; he would, of course,
 know exactly how that lands.

 No action. Continue to read what he chooses to show us, and
 remember that a man who tells you how watching works may be
 telling you because he is the one doing it.
