 NOTES
 The Japanese team requested that evaluation avoid assumptions
 from human-derived comparator material. Dr. Odamaki proposed a
 blind panel using activity, stability, and degradation markers
 only. Dr. Nanakamado's storage data suggest acceptable stability
 over the proposed shipping window, provided the cold chain is not
 interrupted.

 No process method was discussed. The supplier treated origin as
 confidential IP and offered to disclose only after term-sheet
 exclusivity. Legal confirms this is normal for the stage.

 ACTIONS
   - receive Lots K-01 to K-04 under sample MTA
   - run blind potency and stability panel
   - Finance to model cost against current comparator
   - Legal to prepare reputational-risk review
