 BLIND PANEL RESULT
 Lots K-01 to K-04 were evaluated against the internal reference
 panel. The supplier material performed within the useful activity
 band across all primary assays. Stability after transport was
 better than expected. Batch variance was measurable but not a
 blocker.

 R&D VIEW
 The non-human material is effective. It is not a weak substitute
 or cosmetic alternative; it can carry the relevant programme
 requirement if the supply chain can support volume.

 LIMITATIONS
   - low lot size
   - cold-chain dependency
   - supplier process not disclosed pre-exclusivity
   - no long-run production data

 RECOMMENDATION
 Continue diligence. Technical team sees no scientific reason to
 reject Project KIKU at this stage.
