Description
The fourteen remaining V1 registry integrations — including the reseller-tier accounts (cf. the Castlebridge onboarding) — raised migration-support requests ahead of the 31 Mar 2019 EOL and never received a reply. The V2 onboarding mailbox bounces, and the reseller-tier cutover runbook was never written: the colleague who understood it left in 2017. The clients keep calling V1 (RS-12040), which wedges every request at QUEUED. A migration path has been requested repeatedly and remains unprovided.

There is no written cutover for the reseller tier. Parking this until someone funds the migration — which, on current form, is never.

No owner assigned. Fourteen clients still on V1. Ref carried forward unactioned.
Chased for the fourth time. The V2 team say registry migration 'isn't scoped this year'. The clients get QUEUED on everything and want to know what to do. I have nothing to tell them.
