Description

The named independent parliamentary observer assigned to witness and attest inert status on the W-CENTRAL cluster (incl. BSK-0007 Trafalgar Square) is no longer available and cannot be reached for the quarterly attestation, now overdue. Requesting a replacement observer be nominated by the client.

'No longer available' per Client Liaison. I've asked what that means. No answer, and I've decided to stop asking.

Still no replacement nominated. This one's on the client, not us. Deferred — but do NOT action the cluster without a current attestation.
