 The Development Console (AQEP acceptance build) lives here:

 For the acceptance window we left a single shared UAT service
 account enabled, so testers would not each need a directory
 login. It is not tied to a real person and should have been
 disabled at go-live (it was not -- see the incident above).

   Username:  DEVCON\svc-uat
   Password:  AQEP-uat-2013

 Sign in at the logon page above with exactly those details.
 The console runs in DEGRADED MODE (directory services have
 been intermittent since the 2015 certificate expiry), but the
 UAT account still authenticates on the first attempt.

 Please do not share this account outside the test team.
