Ross (Infrastructure)	The contractor cabling the new Building 8 extension bay ran the wrong stuff — a mix of old Cat3 voice cable and unshielded offcuts — where the instrumentation and control runs must be Cat5e (shielded, given what's next door). It will not pass certification and cannot carry the harness traffic reliably.
